An application letter is a summary of your strongest and most relevant skills and abilities that will be expanded in your resume or selection criteria. It introduces you to potential employers and highlights your suitability for the position you are applying for.

•> Application letter systematic:

Place and date of writing, attachments and items, mailing address, opening greeting, opening paragraph, content, closing, closing greeting, signature and full name.

•> Type of job application letter:

1. Job application letter combined with curriculum vitae. In this way, the curriculum vitae includes the contents of the letter because its contents are combined. This method is also known as the combined model.

2. Application letter which is separated from curriculum vitae. In this way, the curriculum vitae is an appendix and this method is called a separate model.

•> Language rules of application letter:

1. Using a clear, concise, concise/informative, and targeted introduction.

2. Use polite words.

3. Use good and correct language.

4. Completing the parts of the letter with the norms of the letter's language, such as: writing the elements of thing, place/date, address, greeting, body of letter, closing greeting, signature, and full name.
