How To Chicken Noodle Solo
- The main ingredient:
• 500 grams of egg noodles/wet noodles
• 250 grams of chicken meat, boiled and cut into squares
• 100 ml of soy sauce
• 10 ml of sweet soy sauce
• 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 2 spring onions, finely sliced
• 1 bunch of mustard greens/caisim, cut into 5 cm
- Spice:
• 5 red onions
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 segment of turmeric
• 1 segment of ginger
• 3 candlenuts
• Sugar to taste
- Chicken oil:
•100 ml of vegetable oil
• 50 grams of chicken skin and fat
• 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Broth:
• 2000 ml of water
• 200 grams of chicken bones
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
• Salt to taste
- Additional ingredients:
• Fried onions to taste
• Sliced green onions to taste
- How to make:
• Prepare the chicken broth in advance.
• Boil chicken bones and 250 grams of chicken meat which will be used for noodles with 2000 ml of water.
• Add pepper and salt.
• Cook until the gravy boils and the chicken is cooked. • Take boiled chicken to be used for noodles, then cut into cubes.
• Blend all the seasoning ingredients.
• Heat some cooking oil, then sauté the spices until fragrant.
• Add in the boiled and diced chicken, then season again with a little sugar.
• Next we will make chicken oil.
• Pour vegetable oil in the pan.
• Add chicken skin and fat.
• Cook over low heat until the chicken skin and fat are dry.
• Remove from the frying pan, then add the chopped garlic.
• Cook until the garlic is crisp and the chicken oil is ready to use.
• Boil egg noodles/wet noodles with mustard greens, then drain the water.
• Prepare a bowl, then add 1 tablespoon of chicken oil.
• Stir together the noodles and mustard greens.
• Add the broth to the bowl.
• Pour the chicken stir-fry on top, then sprinkle the fried onions and sliced green onions.
Serve the Solo chicken noodle while it's warm. Complete with chili sauce and tomato sauce in separate containers.

How To Use Chopsticks
1. Place the first chopstick (chopstick A) at the base of the thumb.
2. Place the base of the chopstick A on the bottom of the ring finger.
3. Hold chopstick A in this position using the lower knuckles of your thumb.
4. Place the second chopstick (chopstick B) in a position like holding a pen.
5. At the bottom of the chopsticks, place your middle finger down to hold chopstick B.
6. Place your index finger and thumb between chopsticks B.
7. Position the top of the chopsticks at the base of the index finger.
8. Make sure the positions of the two chopsticks are parallel and not crossing.
9. Move chopsticks B to grab and pinch food.
10. Keep chopsticks A in position so they don't move.
